The Ring Ring Company is the Belgian market leader for audiotel and mobile services serving a large number of media companies and advertisers from Belgium and abroad. Over the years, the services we have been providing have evolved into a multimedia platform, offering as we now do, fax services, internet, database control, call routing, voice synthesis amongst many other services, all perfectly integrated into the system.

Our mission is to provide our partners with all the necessary tools to enhance interactivity with their target group. Based on strong expertise and state of the art technology, Ring Ring develops solutions enabling an optimised an efficient communication with the consumers via interactive telephony (IVR & mobile).

We highly value strong partnerships and close relationships to offer a tailor-made service, which is always delivered in a cost-efficient way. The reliability and quality of the application is our primary focus.

The Ring Ring Company is a Limited Company registered in Belgium in 1991 with a share capital of 371,840 €. 51% of the company is still owned by the management. Amongst its other shareholders, 31% of the capital is owned by Sydes. Thanks to these solid financial underpinnings, The Ring Ring Company SA is a reliable long-term partner to a large number of companies.

The Ring Ring Company’s audiotel platform, with nearly 1,200 lines, is the largest in Belgium. We handle over 1,500,000 incoming calls and 200,000 outgoing calls automatically every month.

Our multimedia platform has direct connections into the 4 Belgian operators, Proximus, Mobistar, Base and Belgacom. We recently added various European operators to our platform and currently handle millions of SMS’s every month.
